Question:
Do they block out so much noise that my child would be unable to have a conversation whilst wearing them?
Answer:
They block out enough noise that things aren’t overwhelming. You can easily have a conversation while they are wearing these, but louder noises are blocked out. Sometimes I wear them myself and I love them! We have three pairs!
Question:
Can I use my electronic muffs in a cinstant noise environment, I.E. machine shop?
Answer:
We do not recommend our electronic products with noise compression for a constant noise environment. The compression will only last a few seconds and then the noise will continue to be amplified. Any of our passive protection products would be appropriate for this kind of use.
Question:
Will these work for adults as well?
Answer:
Hello, these are designed for toddlers to young teens. while these have great range for adjusting and some people say they fit adults as well. So if you want to try, please adjust the item carefully.
Question:
Will these block out firework noise?
Answer:
It doesn’t block it completely but it makes it less frightening for younger kids.
Question:
Do they block out noise of people talking completely?
Answer:
No they don’t. It just muffles it. It softens things so it just sounds lien your under water pretty much. When my daughter wears them, she can still Hear me -faintly-talking to her. It just helps for sensitive hearing people. It helps tone down noises most people wouldn’t be bothered by.
